Users may request deletion of their account at any time.
To request account deletion, please follow the steps below.

How to Request Account Deletion

1. Send an email to sinkholestudio@gmail.com.

2. Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request

3. In the email body, include the email address associated with your account or other information needed to identify your account.

4. Once your identity is verified, we will process your account deletion request.

Data That Will Be Deleted

When your account deletion request is completed, the following types of data will be deleted:

• Account information

• Profile information

• Service usage history

Data That May Be Retained and Retention Period

Some information may be retained for a limited period where required for legal compliance, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, or security purposes.

• Payment and transaction records: up to 5 years

• Customer support and inquiry records: up to 3 years

• Security logs and fraud prevention records: up to 1 year

After the applicable retention period expires, the retained data will be securely deleted or destroyed.
